This policy explains what information Callfinix collects, why, and the choices you have. “Callfinix”, “we” and “us” mean Westhaven Partners LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, which runs callfinix.com and the Callfinix platform. Questions: privacy@callfinix.com.
The short version
- The callfinix.com website has no sign-up forms and no account logins.
- The website can measure how pages are used with PostHog. It stores a random ID in your browser, and it stops if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Our guides, this page and our Terms don’t load PostHog. Cloudflare measures basic page visits sitewide without cookies.
- Customers who use the Callfinix platform send us call and lead data so we can track, route, record and report on it for them. We handle that data on their behalf and under their instructions.
- We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Information we collect on the website
Usage analytics. On pages that use analytics, a small script records navigation, which page sections come into view, and which code examples you switch between. It sends the page path, page title, browser window width and a random ID that’s kept in your browser’s local storage. It doesn’t collect form entries, web addresses with query strings, email addresses, phone numbers, call recordings or caller details. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is sent. Our analytics provider, PostHog, also receives your IP address with each event and may use it to estimate your general location.
Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type and the page requested when you visit, so it can deliver the page and protect the site from abuse.
Cloudflare Web Analytics. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also measures page visits across the whole site, including our guides, this page and our Terms. Its script doesn’t use cookies or store an ID in your browser. It records the page visited, the referring page, your browser and device type, and page load timing. Cloudflare receives your IP address to deliver this but says it doesn’t use it to track you across sites. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track don’t switch this off.
Messages you send us. If you email us, we get your email address and whatever you include, and we use it to reply.
The numbers shown on our homepage are aggregate totals from our own operating workspace. They don’t include any caller’s personal information.
Information we process in the Callfinix platform
Customers use Callfinix to track calls and leads, route them to buyers, and review the results. To do that, the platform processes, on the customer’s behalf:
- Call details, such as the calling and called numbers, time, duration, campaign, route, buyer and outcome
- Call recordings and transcripts, when the customer turns recording on
- Lead data the customer sends us through the API, such as names, contact details and form answers
- Partner, revenue and payout records for the customer’s buyers and publishers
- Output from AI agents that help with setup, triage, routing and reporting, plus the records of when a person stepped in
The customer decides what data goes into the platform and what it’s used for. If you called a business that uses Callfinix, or submitted a lead to one, contact that business about your information. We’ll help them answer your request.
Customers’ responsibilities. Customers are responsible for giving callers and leads the notices, and getting the consents, that the law requires. That includes call-recording consent where a state requires every party’s consent, consent for calls and texts under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Do-Not-Call rules, and accurate caller ID.
How we use information
We use information to run, secure and improve the website and the platform; to provide the platform to customers under their agreements; to answer messages; and to meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Callfinix, such as website hosting, analytics, cloud infrastructure, telephony carriers and AI model providers, and only for that purpose. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. We don’t sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep website analytics data for up to 24 months, then delete it or keep only aggregate totals. Our hosting provider keeps its technical logs under its standard retention. We keep platform data for as long as the customer’s agreement and instructions require, and then delete or return it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices and rights
- Opt out of PostHog analytics: turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser, or clear the “callfinix.analytics.distinct_id” entry from your browser’s storage. This doesn’t switch off Cloudflare’s cookieless page-visit measurement.
- Access, correct or delete: email privacy@callfinix.com. We’ll verify your request and respond within the time the law allows.
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you can ask to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, and to have it deleted or corrected. You can also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, but we don’t sell it or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of sale or sharing, and they also switch off PostHog. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights. An authorized agent can make a request for you if we can verify their authority.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the information we handle. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
Callfinix is a business service. It isn’t directed to children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we’ll make that clear on this page before it takes effect.
